  2. Please note an impressive 709 decrease in number of children taken from their parents in 2003, as compared to 2002.
  3. The state claims many children have “special needs” and must be removed from their parents’ care, when in fact, the trauma of kidnapping creates the “special need”. This is why many call it the Child Abuse Industry.
